Griffin McGahey is the President of HC3, a Birmingham, AL-based company founded by his father Thomas McGahey. Previously the company’s vice president, Griffin McGahey was promoted to president in September 2019 ahead of the company’s rebranding from High Cotton to HC3.

HC3’s rebranding marks a new beginning for the firm as it evolves into a data-driven customer communications provider serving companies in the financial services industry. The company that started out providing direct mail book fulfillment grew to incorporate print and marketing communications and now has evolved even further into a data-driven provider offering financial communication services.

A Duke University graduate who later earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Griffin McGahey serves as CEO of pay.claims, where he manages and markets innovative claims payment technology. Outside of his professional work, Griffin McGahey is active with professional organizations that include the Rotary Club of Birmingham and the Imaging Network Group (INg).

A professional membership organization, INg represents and advocates for the electronic and print service provider industry. Currently, the organization’s membership includes 30 companies from four different countries.

INg members have access to an executive forum and a one-day workshop hosted by the organization each year. Utilizing an open-format, dynamic format, the workshop facilitates knowledge sharing between business owners and executive management.
