Griffin McGahey has served as vice president of customer communication solutions provider HC3 in Birmingham, Alabama, for nearly two decades. Over the course of his career with HC3, he has assumed an important advisory role alongside the company’s president and chief executive officer. His primary focus involves analyzing all processes and operations at HC3 and making recommendations for improvements in areas such as in-house communications, corporate values, and finances. More recently, Griffin McGahey expanded his professional responsibilities by founding Birmingham’s Pay.claims, a payment management technology services provider supporting both digital and physical payments.

Griffin McGahey studied history at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. After graduating with a bachelor of arts, he completed a master of business administration program at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, with an emphasis on management. He began his career in 1996 as a product manager at InterActive Communication and Training.
